Post Construction Cleaning

This cleaning is completed following the construction phase. A building contractor may clean up debris in general, but specific cleaning is no longer part of their job description. This type of cleaning is done from top to bottom, and it includes more than just sweeping the floor and washing the carpet and other visible areas.

It involves vacuuming carpets, cleaning floors, wiping down all kitchen and bathroom surfaces, cleaning window sills, removing adhesive from doors, windows and appliances, and removing any lingering debris. Other tasks include removing dust from light fixtures, ceiling fans, duct work and vents
